1. Membership & Club Access
Dubai Champagne Club memberships (Guest, Gold, and Black) are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the Club Management. By registering an account, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (at least 21 years of age in the United Arab Emirates).
2. Event Bookings & Attendance
All event seats, masterclasses, and vineyard voyages are subject to seat capacity limitations. Seat reservations are secured upon payment confirmation. Digital QR passes must be presented upon arrival at the venue. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission in compliance with local venue regulations.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Event ticket cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time are eligible for credit toward future events. Annual membership subscriptions are active for 365 days from activation and are non-refundable once activated.
4. Conduct & House Rules
Members and their guests are expected to observe standard decorum suitable for high luxury hospitality environments. Photography policy during exclusive private tastings may vary per estate partnership.
