We collect your name, email address, phone number, and membership tier details upon registration. When you rate featured cuvées, your tasting scores and sommelier notes are stored securely in your personal tasting journal.
2. Payment Processing
Payment data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe using 256-bit SSL encryption. Dubai Champagne Club does not store your complete credit card number or CVV on our servers.
3. Push Notifications & Device Data
If you enable push notifications, device tokens are utilized strictly to deliver booking confirmations, event arrival reminders (24h/2h before tasting), and membership updates. You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.
4. Confidentiality & Data Sharing
We never sell or rent member information to third-party advertisers. Member identity and cellar tasting logs are treated with strict confidentiality.
5. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your account and personal tasting log, please email privacy@champagnesmart.com.
