Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time, directly from the app or the website.
In the iPhone app
- Open the app and go to the Account tab.
- Under Security & Login, tap Delete Account.
- Review the details, then enter the 6-digit code we email you to confirm.
On the website
- Sign in and open Membership Account.
- Below your profile details, choose Delete account.
- Confirm with the 6-digit code we email you.
What happens next
- You are signed out on all devices straight away and your membership stops renewing.
- Your account is kept on hold for 30 days. Sign in during that time to restore it with everything intact.
- After 30 days your account is permanently deleted: your profile, companions, tasting notes, notifications and saved preferences are removed, and any upcoming tickets are cancelled.
- We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as payment and tax records for past purchases.
Can't sign in?
Email privacy@champagnesmart.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
